I truly am more and more disgusted by airport workers attitudes these days.
I travel every weekend almost and have to deal with TSA. I realize they are doing a security job, but human kindness and decency doesn't have to be completely void within them.
I feel as though they are those who were picked on in childhood (which is not okay) and they are seeking revenge on any and all.
Inflect strength where needed, yes.
Stand strong so they fear you a little, yes.
Being out right rude for no reason, no.
If someone has a question, don't snap or be flippant, no.
There should be a secret shopper program in the airlines, and airports to insure quality control and customer service are on par. Pay more attention to the way In which employees handle customers.
Things must change for travelers and airport/ airline employees.
